No, that's pretty straightforward.  There are an unusual number of
different corrections, but none of them are very strong.

Superimposing a +2 ADD on a +2 lens with a cylinder correction might
mean that there are geometrical or technical reasons for the lens to
be thick.  A plain +4 single vision lens would not be particularly
thick (but not very thin either).
