I tried ordering a pair of tinted glasses from Goggles4u earlier in the year. The first pair had double vision, that was the first time I had experienced such a thing. I reported it to them and right away they told me to pick out a new frame and gave me a coupon code to cover the price. I ordered a new pair and got them, and they also had double vision. I probably should have gone back to them again to fix it, but I didn't. Instead I just took it as a $45 loss and decided I would not be ordering from them any more if I can help it. I eventually ordered a pair from 39dollarglasses (which came untinted, but was remedied eventually). The glasses from Goggles4u had metal frames. I almost always order rimless glasses, but I've never had this issue with any other vendor or glasses, 39dollar, optical4less, eyebuydirect, zenni.
