Please confirm. Are you buying glasses, or lenses? (You said lenses)
If you're only buying lenses, then your choices are much more limited.

P.S. My favorite store for *glasses* is Zenni. They seem to always
get the RX dead perfect, and they don't seem to be having problems at
customs, any more. For a while, their shipments were being held by
customs for weeks, and consequently they were impractically slow to
arrive.
