I thought about that last time-- just getting the script from the
opthamologist and then shopping around for glasses. Our insurance pays
the eye docs exam and I get a hefty discount on the glasses. (My
husband gets his free.) I am not real sure what the insurance would
pay (if anything) if I got the exam from the opthamologist.
