That's a good description of the issue. It's been a slow process (equally my fault) but it looks like a new set it coming from them. We'll see what happens. What was odd with the first two pairs is that while there was the offset issue in both, they were different between the two pairs. I did re-measure my PD several times several different ways. I did re- adjust it a bit as my eyes are not quite on-center. Looks like my PD is 29/31.
