A quick search of google for "replacement eyeglass temple tips" turned
up quite a few hits.  Some are repair sites, others sell parts.  Fair
warning though...if you find a replacement tip, it may be a generic
replacement...not an identical one.

It might be worth going to a private optician's shop, locally, and
asking if they have one of those parts.  This is one of those times
when a local outlet is a *very* desirable thing.

As for Timberland, they helped me out when I had problems with some of
their boots, ultimately giving me a whole new pair.  They definitely
made it right.  Assuming their eyeglass department is even half as
helpful, it may be possible to get that exact part.
