I send an email requesting an update and received this in response, "we have sent your glasses from the overseas lab to our office on the west coast on 2th Feb. And when the glasses are shipped from the California office, you will receive a shipping tracking number by e.mail at the address you put in the order form." Looks like things are still in process and hopefully will get the glasses this week.
