I was happy with my first pair of progressives (hello 40th birthday!)
purchased from GlassesShop.com.  That is, until they broked at the
temple on day three.  Here's my concern:  the toll free number gave me
an automated "this number doesn't exist" message and the live chat
request went unanswered.  I sent an e-mail and am waiting.

So, do I worry yet?  Or just be a bit patient since their site says
they are in the midst of a "warehouse system upgrade" and it is New
Year's?

Also, anyone have other experience with this seller?  Do I go for a
replacement pair or is this a common problem and I should get a refund
and turn to someone else for the next pair?
