Has anyone ever used this company before, had any issues?

I ordered three pair, two regular and one polarized sunglasses. The
regular were great, no problem. The polarized sunglasses had a flaw on
the lens. I was given an authorization form to send the glasses back.
They went in the mail on 23 Dec 2009. I have not heard a single peep
from anyone. On Sunday I emailed the "Andy" from customer service. I
heard nothing back. I emailed again tonight, requesting a repaired
pair of sunglasses or my money back and if I did not hear from them I
would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I'm a bit more than
torked that they walked off with my $98.98 AND the sunglasses.
