Actually, there's a current thread discussing it.  :)  We're in the
process of generating a list of retailers who will relens frames.

But, here's a tip.  Use the search terms relens, relensing, and
reglazing.  The fact that they're vintage frames is immaterial (except
for fragility, which should be discussed by any retailer willing to
take on the task)...you just want lenses put into frames that you
bought.

Do a quick search and I *promise* that you will find some good
information.  And, this link will take you to a rather old blog post
by Ira himself, that discusses his experiences with one of his pairs.
