I wanted to check back in here to report that I just received my newly lensed vintage frames in the mail from EyeGlassLensDirect.com. I think they may take some getting used to, as I've never had an astigmatism correction before, and the everything-looks-bent-away distortion in my peripheral vision on the left is weird (and throwing me a bit off balance--I suspect I'm just used to it being uncorrected for years). Unique glasses at a fraction of what I'd have paid elsewhere, though... FYI, I got the lensed frames back a month after I shipped them.
