Since your requirements are not exactly what we would call ordinary
(as evidenced by the lack of this option on the online forms) then I
would suggest you call one of the retailers and explain what you need.
 Most of them have telephone numbers...use it at opening time.  Zenni,
for example, is best reached within 1 minute of opening time...they
get busy, really fast.
