It seems that Zenni has the extra cost based on the lens package and
prescription strength.  For example, the 1.57 index lenses have a $9
up-charge for extra strength.  The lens package that you chose has a
$22 mark up for prescriptions above a -10/+6 diopter.  The 1.74 index
lenses have no up charge and cover anything up to -13 diopter.  They
just started this new pricing policy when the site was updated.
