I ordered a pair of glasses from Goggles4U on July 25. I received an
email confirming the order with a link to check the order status. I
checked the link a few days ago and got this information.

Since it in now August 5 and I haven't received my glasses I went
online to Goggles4U and went through a lengthy online chat session
with someone who told me the glasses had not been made yet but should
ship tomorrow. I questioned how this could be true considering the
information I've pasted above and was basically told repeatedly that
it was foolish of me to have assumed that this information was correct
since the link took me to the "authorized retailer" and not Goggles4U
and I should have gone to the Goggles4U website instead.

Why send me the link to check on the order if it's going to
misrepresent the status? Why not just aim the link at the correct
place?

I've purchased a lot of pairs of glasses through your recommendations
but I think I'm done with Goggles4U no matter what kind of discount
they offer.
