So I'm in the market for a new pair of glasses and wondered if anyone has feedback on framesdirect.com?
I don't think there's anything better about name brand vs. non but I guess I'm fairly picky in the attributes I want: plastic frames, rectangle-ish in shape, at least 51 mm lens width and in the brown/ reddish/purple-ish color family (but not a tortoise shell design). I'm currently wearing a pair I got from zenni a couple years ago that I like a lot, but they don't have that style anymore and now the faux wood grain pattern on the frames is peeling off. I can't find a pair I like on any of the cheaper sites so I'm looking at deciding among a few "designer" frames and wondered about the service/possible return options on frames direct. -- Check us out at the oft-updated http://glassyeyes.blogspot.com!
