Has anyone ordered from firmoo.com? I've been trying to call them to ask about my order, but cannot get to them. They seem to have 4 different voicemail messages that alternate (one of which is in Chinese). I also get 2 beeps, and then that's it. On one of the voicemails, it tells the caller to leave a message, but then again, there's no one on the line! I can understand if I called at a busy time, or they would pick up once in a while, but I tried calling probably 6 times today, and the phone actually range ONCE. Should I be worried?
