Agreed.  Most internet companies, even the big ones like Amazon or eBay, are
really set up to be contacted by email.  Try the standard method of email,
before you go for something so unusual as a phone call.

Email gives you something "in writing" in the process, so if you have reason
to be worried, it's well documented.
