I have ordered glasses and re-lensing several times from
39dollarglasses.com and have always been very happy. However, I
recently sent a pair of Moscot frames to them to be re-lensed. They
received my frames on August 30, but I have not received the glasses
yet. I have a thick prescription and wanted transitions progressive
lenses so I wasn't worried about the time that they have had the
frames. When I went to the site to check order status it says the
glasses are in production and then the box underneath the order states
the glasses were sent. I received two other pair of glassses in that
order, but not the Moscots.

I have called several times and been placed on hold (no one ever
answered)and have emailed (have not received a response). I also sent
a customer service message through the live messenger, and no one
responded. Should I be worried?
