I ordered 2 pair of glasses on one order and 1 pair on a different
order on 08/22/2010. They were all progressives transition and common
prescriptions. I finally received the two pair on the same order after
2 emails on 09/20/2010.
I was told the third pair failed inspection and would be shipped no
later than Thursday of the following week. It came and went no
glasses. I sent another email and received a canned answer that the
glasses had failed without checking that I had been promised a
delivery time after the failure. I sent another email and got a reply
about a mix up and that the lab foreman was personally watching my
order and it would be shipped no  later than Wednesday.
That was 2 weeks ago no glasses and they don't answer  emails any
more.
What should I do?
