I'm having a bit of a problem with 39dollarglasses.com as well. I
ordered a pair of glasses with Transitions VI lenses and I'm missing
the certificate of authenticity. The lenses do change in the
sunlight, but without the COA, I can't register the lenses with the
Transitions website. I was promised the certificate last week, but I
haven't received it yet. Hopefully it will get here soon.
