I recently discovered that Walmart sells silicone nose pads for a couple of dollars a pair. I don't know if any other physical stores do.
But this is something I'll probably have to get by mail order. I have a rimless pair with plastic washers, and they seem to be one-use only. They get deformed when I change lenses and put the parts back together, so it's not as tight as it was originally. Some of the washers have a little sleeve that goes into the hole drilled in the lens. I'd like to get a bunch of various plastic washers, but I don't know who sells fairly small quantities at moderate cost. -- Check us out at the oft-updated http://glassyeyes.blogspot.com!
