Goggles4u.com does relensing, too. I've used Wohl Optics in Philadelphia (http://wohloptics.com/) for relensing, but their prices are quite a bit higher than when they did mine. You may also get lucky with a local shop. I found one that was reasonable and inventive in fixing various frame problems.
