So I got my mother's prescription with me, and she has two different values for the ADD, +2.50 for the right eye and +3.00 for the left eye. I'm trying to order some glasses at zenni, but they only have one ADD value. I chatted with one of their operators, and here's what she said: "We don't process bifocal or progressive with different ADD values. Concerining your case, please call your doctor to ask which ADD value you can use to order progressive."
