After paying consultation for my husband and my daughter, the optician at Target refused to disclose my husband's PD alleging "poprietary Information".
The question is, are they allowed to refuse disclosing information pertaining to one's own health?? I think it is ludicrous they are literally HIDING this information from patients. Imagine I broke my leg but the doctor refused to tell me which bone was broken? It would be nice to find someone in the forums with legal expertise to give us advice on that. The next time I go for an appointment I will definitely ask for the PD first, if they allege any reason for not disclosing it I WILL walk out and look for a different doctor. -- Check us out at the oft-updated http://glassyeyes.blogspot.com!
