Do you mean just the hinge screws? If so, it's possible that they used the wrong screws. The thread have to fit, but the heads are large? The threaded part of the screws are too long?
It should be possible to find better screws locally, or even tell Zenni you want screws the right size. That happened to me once. One of the screws that held the lenses in place kept slipping a bit and wouldn't hold the lens tightly.
