I just looked up the photo of your glasses, #377212. The mount looks like
one of the Marchon airlock systems, no screws involved.

there are big bolts?
Rimless, for the most part, are about lightness and invisibility. I'd be
upset, too.
Let's figure out what we're dealing with.
1) You've already contacted Zenni about your issue...but how? Email or
phone?
2) Who did you speak to?
3) And, with what attitude did you approach them? Were you pleasant to
them, or were you (understandably) belligerent?
Different people handle situations differently...it's important to know who
and what we're dealing with, for *both* ends of the conversation.
