what came to my mind just now as i played some games with the far too powerfull turrets is the following: maps will have to be redesigned even when turrets are less effective against birds. for example, playground or triangle have a great concept in that you can go steal fruits in your opponents base by showing the fruits to your globs with birds. now if turrets need 2, 10, 20 hits to kill these birds it is no option to let them circle above the fruits as turrets had all the time in the world to shoot them down. even worse with the pland/implemented avoidance of turrets one single turret would make the fruits forbidden to the birds and by that to the globs.
other thing would be to not let the globs forget the location of fruits. i guess it is something that confuses many players that you actually have to see the trees to harvest them whereas it is not neccessary to ever have seen wheat to harvest it. greetings, leo wandersleb _______________________________________________ glob2-devel mailing list [email protected] http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/glob2-devel
