Hi Bradley,
There is a bug that desprately needs to be fixed:
http://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/?19542
See also the thread in this mailing list with the subject:
"assert commented in alpha22"
This bug has become serious in your function
"void Building::removeForbiddenZoneFromUpgradeArea(void)".
It might be introduced in it or have been along glob2 for a long time.
By the way:
///This function removes the hidden forbidden area placed by addForbidde
///It must be done before any type or position state is changed.
void removeForbiddenZoneFromUpgradeArea(void);
This function seems to do more than than removing hidden forbidden area.
What you say loosing information that is stuck in the mailing list is
correct. I fear especially that the new agreements on testing glob
before a release will get lost, if not preservert in the wiki.
I think it is good that you don't have much time to introduce
new features right now, because most glob2 devs are reluctant to
use a different branch than cvs MAIN. And we need a buckfix
release soon. The recent release has been a mess.
