Hi > We should make a script that greps source code for translations keys and > suggests removal for outdated keys.
To really get cool translation support we would need a little web project. #log in using your wiki credentials #choose the languages to edit #maybe choose new languages #*a list of all keys (text) and the respective translations (input) appears #*last column is the screenshot using this key's text/maybe shown in a div on mouse over #edit #press commit-button #*now the changes get commited to a local hg repository #*a developer can now push this back to the main repository and mark languages as complete/incomplete/missing and add the authors to the authors file (we have mail adresses to manage this) Leo P.S.: My plan was to do this using ajax and commit every changed word immediatly. But obviously i stuck at the efford beeing too much. The proposed above should be far easier and only tries to handle the bare minimum needed: * easy contribution for everybody (html, wiki login) * record of who did what for the authors file (hg, wiki login) * no pain undoing stuff (hg) _______________________________________________ glob2-devel mailing list [email protected] http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/glob2-devel
