ok so there are 2 serious bugs remaining.
#1 crash that can not be recovered from using the autosave game.

#2 command queue getting longer than 2s (20s+ actually)

for #2 i have pushed a hack. hope we can test that in a real game soon.

why is increaseLatencyAdjustment called in the first place. this function only
makes sense, when latency and not throughput or cpu is the bottleneck. also i
guess there is no mechanism to recover from a too high latency compensation at 
all.

i will further investigate but hope somebody else does, who is more familiar
with the network code.
