I think this is close to getting too personal.
If the other moderators were not so quick on the draw I would very
seriously consider rejecting this thread, and in particular the
provocation that started it. I don't think we should be discussing the
personal behavior, attitude, or morals of participants on this list.
Personal pronouns are sometimes unavoidable, as in "Are you suggesting
that..." or "I believe your position implies..." but they are not in
general a good sign.
Let's discuss the issues, not the individual participants and their
motivations, please.
