I agree that the heat energy released from wartime explosions is an
insignificant contributor to global warming, but it seems likely to me
that CO2 released from burning fossil fuels during war operations is a
significant contributor, though I admit I don't have any
figures. Furthermore - manufacture of war vehicles surely results in
some CO2 emissions - possibly quite a lot.
