Richard Moss is Senior Director of the UN Foundation Climate Program. >From 2000-2006, he directed the US Climate Change Science Program Office and led preparation of the CCSP's 10-year research plan and climate science reports. From 1993-1998, he was Director of the Technical Support Unit of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) impacts, adaptation, and mitigation working group. He has been a lead author and general editor of several IPCC Assessments, Special Reports, and Technical Papers.
