Would it be possible for large offshore wind energy parks to affect
climate? Intuitively, if there is a "wall" of turbines to the west of
Europe, that might reduce precipitation and evaporation and make the
climate more continental.
Any quick back of the envelope calculations to show what the size of
the effect might be?
