Thanks for the link, that's pretty comprehensive and much better than
what I've found through googling. My reading of it was that the 0.1
K / TW is a best estimate, but with a pretty wide range of
uncertainty.

Technophile as I am, and as alluded to in my reply to James Annan, if
wind turbines could be used to significantly affect weather, I
wouldn't automatically dismiss that as a negative.
