Wasn't that hard to fix. I'll define SCCS as the 5 year response of a
GCM to an instantaneous doubline of CO2. That's about 60% of ECS;
with ECS = 3 K, SCCS is about 1.8 K, less than TCS and resolves the
need, claimed by Tung et al. to raise TCS.
