Siemens said it will amalgamate Siemens Power Engineering (SPEL) - a 100% Siemens AG Company with its energy sector. The share swap ratio for the proposed amalgamation is such that for every 13 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each of Siemens Power Engineering, Siemens will issue 6 equity shares of the face value of Rs 2 per each.
