These are not bugs, so this subject. ;)

If it is better to log to the feature request of glpi, say me, please.

0) i've not clear the differences from admin and super-admin, and why
tecnician desappear? Now admins became technician?

1) (stupid) i think is better to be able to choose the (default) user
level assigned to user created by IMAP/POP/LDAP access. Now are
post-only, i'll prefer normal for example...

2) make no sense to permit the password change to user with external
authentication. Apart that can confuse the user, could be also a
security issue (if the admins disable temporarly the main auth source,
all user that have setup a pass could still login...).
Could be hard and little usefoul to track user created from external
source or normal, database, user, so i propose simply to block password
change from some level, so you can set that only super-admin can change
the password and you are OK.

3) could be the helpdesk user be configurable? In my setu i've just an
user like this (guest)... i know, it's a esthetic question, but i love
my guest user... ;)))

4) There's some plan to add multisite/office/branch management? Could
be usefoul if there's an organization (like mine) that have to handle
many local office.

Ok, we can duplicate all the interface and databases (but we have to
handle all descriptive data for every installation), or we can use the
location field (but all user that log in can place a request for every
computer in the database, possibly some hundred kilometers away ;), but
these solution are not optimal.

Many thanks.
