Hi,

On item for, we have 2 fields, "Technician" and "Technical Group"

Both are used for ticket auto-assign feature.

Group list is restricted to groupe which can be assigned to ticket (Can
de assigned), seems fine.

User list is not restricted to user which can be assigned to ticket
(righ = own_ticket) but to user with standard interface.

Shouldn't this be fixed ?

P.S. well, in most of the case, only technician have standard interface
and requester the simplified one, but...
