Julien , I'm a native dutch speaker and rather knowledgeable about the differences between ducth used in the Netherlands and in Belgium, its a poitn of persoanl interest. Generally I would concur that there are differences both in vocabulary and use of grammar. However in the case of error messages I'm quite adament that there is no difference. When tallking about texts the difference becomes noticeable, however for the userdocs the business like style of such document nullifies the differences.
So for dictionaries for wordprocessor you would get different lexicons, thesauri and grammer checkers, on wikipedia there is a kind of eternal war going on between the "belgians" and teh "hollanders", but that shouldn't worry us : for use in ICT there is no difference in the language.
