It is not possible to integrate langue file.
The translation must be done online using the relation tool.
The 0.80 beta test will begun today. The online tool is already used for this
version.

I just finished a 99%+ translation of the romanian ro_RO.php locale, and I was
wondering where could I send this file for integration in the glpi install.
