Hi,
For the 0.83 version, GLPI use a dictionary array and we use a home made
online translation tool.
But for 0.84 version, GLPI change its translation system to gettext. So
we need to change our translation tool.
We have choose to use transifex to manage the translations.

Several plugins have already migrate to transifex and may be found here

Gettext will permit to GLPI to have a clean management of plural and to
manage contexts.
We have migrate all compatible strings to the new system.
But we have lost several due to strings adaptation that the migration to
gettext introduce.
To contribute on our new system, you have to register to transifex and
request to join a translation team on the GLPI project on transifex.
