This is my first mail in this mailing-list.

 

Good, i ask the doubt.

 

I have installed a GLPI and I am trying of configure the creation of tickets
from mail.

 

Well, I have configured one Receivers (Home > Setup > Receivers) and I have
changed in "Setup > General > Assistance" the option "Allow anonymous ticket
creation (helpdesk.receiver)" to YES. Then, when I push on "Get email
tickets now", or I wait ten minutes, I receive the tickects from the mail
server.

 

Why if I don't put this option to YES I can't receive the tickets from the
mail server?

 

Another thing: Can I limit the mail addresses that can send or create
tickets via mail?.

 

I have asked this in the forum too, but unfortunately nobody has response to
me yet.
