Hi Martín, very thanks by your answer. I thought so too but not worked for me.
I have tried now again and it works. I think that it not worked for me because when the receiver check the mail account, he mark all mails/tickets as readed. Then, if I add the mail address to an user in GLPI, if this user has sent a mail / ticket previous to the last check of the receiver it have been maeked as readed and not is received it by GLPI. The user need send the mail again.
