Targeting general aviation is ridiculous and media driven. Their is no statistical basis for it only media hype. Time would be better spent making sure kids don't steal and intentionally kill themselves in their parents cars. Thank goodness their were no pedestrians at 500' agl as this kid could have done some real damage.
