*****There are many laws aganst these things......hasn't stopped the 
idiots, thieves or terrorists yet.  Lately or in the hundreds of years 
we have been making the laws.

***** I think the ideal system would be a pure republic with well 
informed (and well armed citizens).  In a lawless society, I for one 
would be very well armed...also very polite and respectfull of other 
well armed citizen's rights (certainly wouldn't be calling them 
fools...BG).  Unfortunately, we live in a very crowded society where we 
must continually give up our basic freedoms...bending a little at a 
time, until........?  However, there is an element of our society that I 
think all civil rights should be lost.....proven habitual criminals and 
terrorists should be completely stripped of all protections of our 
constitution.  But still.......we have the best system in the world
