Vern,   Let's face one fact.  We're in uncharged waters here.  It's a
learn
as you go situation, and yes, a few toes will get stepped on along the
way,
and a few mistakes will inevitably be made.  We all have to be willing to
make the sacrifices necessary, and allow the changes to take place so that
our "free" way of life can survive.
