Both of the local airfields ( N40 and N85 ) are saying that when they run out of 80 octane this time, that's the end of it. The suppliers say that "they" aren't making it any more. So it looks like the long run of luck is gone and we're going to have to get aboard the TCP train. The only poetic justice, if it is justice (maybe more like someone else getting screwed for a change) is that the new 92/98, or whatever it's designated, is a truly unleaded gas. So it ought to be aces in our little Continentals. While screwing the heck out of Dukes and 421s. Bring on the unleaded.
