Hello to all, With this really mild weather we are
having here in Ill I've gotten in some flying. The temp
today is about 60 with alot of south wind.I decided
that before we get dumped on I'd pull off some
inspection plates and lube everything I could.I
spritzed hinges, Heims ends, belcranks, even the front
strut got a coating so did I when the wind changed
right in the face.I'm hoping the temps will remain
above normal (rotsa ruck).
I had fun yesterday at a place called Lake Lawn
Lodge,I watched a sled dog contest held with NO
SNOW.They pulled a wagon filled with tons of bags of
dog food (DRY).Bored I opted for a Bratwurst and
Chili.
I'd rather have some Cognac but I was PIC.The coupe
did it's thing rather well I might add.Felt good to be
up in the air.My son flew his 172 and we flew in
formation for a while, then he pushed in his carb heat
raised the flaps and left.I got back in nearly the
dark
first time ever using my inside light in 5 years I've
owned the coupe.FUN FUN FUN.Hope you all are havin fun
too.
