One more note on attachments, for people like me that get the digest, I don't even have the choice to open attachments. They just show up as a bunch of clutter in the message. So, like others have said, please cut and paste text. And if you have any pictures, it saves a lot of bandwidth to put them on a web page somewhere, and then include a link so that only people that want to see them will download them.
